Selling

Buying or selling a property is likely to be one of the most important and expensive transactions you will make. With this in mind we aim to make the whole process as smooth as possible from the moment we begin marketing a property through the stages of negotiation and then progressing the sale to its completion.

We pride ourselves in our unrivalled local knowledge and long established client base.

All of our clients' properties are listed on major nationwide website portals to ensure the maximum exposure to the widest possible market.

The use of quality photography and floorplans ensure your property is presented at its best to all potential buyers showing the layout of accommodation and the overall floor space available.

Thinking locally, acting globally and excellent presentation ensure quality results.

If you have a property to sell or would like an up to date valuation, please contact our office.

Instructing Us As Search Agents

Franklin Gallimore also act as search agents and have successfully located properties for owner occupiers and investors in various locations across the West Midlands.

After discussing your requirements and receiving your formal instructions we will speak to agents and developers on your behalf, research your desired location and provide you with a detailed report of properties that meet your criteria within the areas you have chosen.

We will then carry out initial viewings and select properties for you to inspect which suit your requirements.

Once you have chosen which property to purchase we will enter into formal negotiations, agree the sale and then progress your purchase through to its completion.
